We strive to make it easier for organisations to make a positive impact on the environment and reduce their carbon footprint. We provide sustainable & ethical food and beverage solutions that help corporate, institutional, event production and NGO organisations reduce the impact of their requirements.

 

We are passionate about helping the UK event industry reduce its carbon footprint by working with event producers, promoters, brand agencies and film production companies.

Low carbon catering

Our mission is to reduce the carbon costs of food and ensure an environmentally sustainable future. We strive to meet the UN's sustainability goals for Agenda 2030 of 0.5kg CO2e per meal, dramatically cutting the current average of 1.7kg CO2e per dish.

We are committed to providing our customers with a wide array of delicious, high-quality food that meets our sustainability pledges. Our services include sourcing local and seasonal ingredients whenever possible, reducing food waste, and transitioning to renewable energy sources for cooking and storage. We also provide nutrition and sustainability information for each dish, so that customers can make informed decisions about their meal choices. Through our commitments to sustainability and quality, we know we can meet our climate pledges without compromising on flavour, recipe diversity or quality of food.

The plant professionals

Our fresh and innovative way to approach to delicious and nutritious meals involves recipes, developed by professional chefs. Tried, tested, and constantly reviewed. We're confident in providing our clients with a tantalising food service tailored to their needs while dramatically lowering the climate and ethical demands of traditional catering.

Carbon labelling

To best help inform our customers, teams & stakeholders on the carbon costs of the food we serve, we partnered with Klimato. Klimato is a software provider with a tool that can calculate, communicate and report the climate impact of the food you serve.
